A Purdue University graduate in Restaurant & Hotel Management, Tom has owned and operated five Subway franchises, an independent fast-casual restaurant, and a full-service restaurant and bar.

As President of EatZ & Associates, Chicagoland’s largest restaurant brokerage firm, he has helped hundreds of owners buy and sell restaurants. That first-hand experience gives him a clear understanding of the risks food and beverage businesses face every day.

Tom founded E&A Insurance Group to put that experience to work for restaurant owners, crafting coverage that protects what they’ve built, because he’s built it himself.
